Eu gostaria de cancelar minha assinatura no Trello, mas não consigo acessar minha antiga conta de maneira algua, todos os quadros sumiram, portanto, estão me cobrando o valor da assinatura sendo que nem consigo acessar os quadros! E não consigo suporte que me ajude a cancelar!!! Preciso de ajuda!

I have thoroughly checked our records and cannot find any previous support tickets raised under your details. Had there been an existing ticket, I would have immediately reached out to our internal teams to escalate this for you.
Additionally, I cannot find any active paid subscriptions associated with your current account information. It is possible the charges are linked to a different email address or a legacy Trello account.
If you are still seeing charges and wish to ensure everything is cancelled, please follow these steps to reach our billing team directly:
Go to the Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing, & Licensing | Atlassian.
Under "How can we help you?", select Your account.
Under "Choose a topic", select Cancel Cloud subscription.
Click on "Need more help?".
Describe your issue in detail (mentioning that you cannot access the old account and the boards have disappeared).
Click Submit.
Once you submit the form, you should receive a ticket key and an email notification confirming that your request is in our system. Our billing specialists will then be able to track down the specific account causing the charges and help you resolve this.
