Basically, we're talking about this:
Cancel a free trial
If a payment method is added, a Workspaces on a free trial will automatically convert to that paid plan at the end of the trial period. If no payment method is provided, the Workspace will downgrade to the free plan at the end of the free trial.
If you want to cancel your free trial early, please contact our billing support team for help.
To contact billing support about a free trial:
Open the billing contact form: Contact billing support
Log in
Since free trials don’t create invoices, choose Payments then Payment and credit card issues then Proceed without URL, SEN, EN or invoice number

I requested a cancellation. Is it possible to do this immediately? The trial should be optional.
The message I received was:
"Our team created a ticket (CA-4129545) for your request. You can expect to hear from us in the next 24-48 hours."

When did you raise a ticket? Have more than 24/48h already passed?
