Cancel subscription

hi team,

if i cancel subscription, do i still have access to the boards and all information until the next direct debit payment? 

the Community Forum provided 2 very differing information so has left me very confused.

Hi @TFC Support 

If you cancel your premium subscription, you will be dropped down to the free tier.

None of your information is lost but you will be capped to a maximum of 10 boards and 10 Collaborators (users + board guests=Collaborators)

The best thing you can do between now and when the subscription ends is to clean up your Collaborators and boards to fit within those limits

The final thing that may affect you when you downgrade to Free is loss of custom fields and advanced checklists.  If you use custom fields or add members and dates to custom fields, this information will disappear from view. Technically it is not deleted, just not viewable with Free. If you upgraded to Standard, the information would be restored.

If you do use Custom Fields, Advanced Checklists and Automation heavily, I would recommend downgrading to Standard
