Cancel premium submission during trial

Hi all,

When I created a new workspace, Trello automatically started the Premium trial. I don’t want to use the trial and would prefer to remain on the Free plan. Is there a way to cancel the trial immediately and keep the workspace on Free?

Hi @Serious Games Editions , you're fine, you don't actually have to do anything. Since the trial started without a card on file, nothing can be charged and the workspace drops back to Free by itself when the trial ends. If you'd rather cancel it now, do it on the web as a Workspace admin under Settings, then Billing, then the Cancel link at the bottom; that keeps the workspace on Free. The one thing the UI won't do is end the trial the same minute, so for that you'd contact Trello billing support, but with no card on file there's nothing to worry about. Steps: change or cancel your Trello plan.
