Dear Trello Support Team,
I hope you are well. I am reaching out as I am unable to access my Trello account due to an issue with my email account, which was deleted by my IT department. My email account was registered with Trello, but I still have an active paid subscription, and I can no longer log in to my account. Additionally, my phone has been reset, which further complicates the situation.
Could you please assist me with cancelling my paid subscription under these circumstances? Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated.

I have escalated to Atlassian. They will have a hard time canceling it if you do not have access to the account. It might be easier to work with your credit card company to stop payment or cancel the card it is on. You will have to see what Atlassian says.
