Can you tell me the best way to transfer over to Trello from Asana ?

I installed Asana a few months ago, actually upgrading from Wunder List, I had found an app that transferred all the data quite efficiently from Asana to Trello.  

Can you advise the best app now to transfer from Asan to Trello.

you could use a tool like Unito to sync Asana with Trello. Once you're certain you've been able to sync all the pertinent data over, cut the sync.
