Can you set up a rule where you can email a completed checklist over daily?

need to be able set up a rule or a power up where users can email me over their daily checklists

Trello email to board does not create a checklist. If you have the resources, and I created one, that emulate email to board where it allows you to create a list. All it needs is to tell a program that you want to create a checklist for these items.
