Can you search for cards that haven't been edited for a specific time frame?

To ensure projects aren't stagnating, I want to be able to see all cards that have not been edited in the last week. Is there some way to do that? Is there an inverse function for the search term "edited:day" (i.e., cards that haven't been edited)?

Marta here, from Trello Support.

You can easily spot which cards on your board have not been active lately with the Card Aging Power-Up for Trello. As cards fade you can see which tasks and projects may have fallen by the wayside and should be archived or need a status report, making sure your boards stay relevant and up-to-date.
