If you have a monthly subscription just go to the billing page and cancel. You will no longer be billed once your current month ends...
If you have yearly, you can only cancel for a refund if you are within 30days of subscription starting (as per Atlassian T&C)
If in that case, contact Trello here: https://trello.com/contact and select Billing
