Can you connect Trello to Azure DevOps / Visual Studio?

Is there away to link Trello with Azure DevOps / Visual Studio so that when I add a card to a Trello board it creates a ticket in Visual Studio?

I can see that Visual Studio has a hook up that lets you do it the other way e.g. creating a ticket in Visual Studio adds a card to Trello, but I'm looking for a way to make Trello the trigger.

Don't know about Azure Ops/ Visual Studio, the one place you should lookup is HTTP Request.
