Can you attach an excel spreadsheet that can be used to track work hours?

Trying to put a table or excel into a card that people can write in

Welcome to the community! Are you trying to insert an editable spreadsheet into a card? 

I know that excel is a valid attachment, but you an't edit attachments within Trello. It downloads to your local drive. I looked to see if there was a power up available, but didn't have any luck.
