Can't send larger KEEP notes to Trello?

I am trying to send my KEEP notes to Trello. I can send some of the KEEP notes to Trello, if they have only one picture in them. I am using a DROID OS on a Samsung Note.

My co-worker has an iPhone and sent Keep notes to Trello with 40+ pictures.

I don't see that any of the setting are different. Any ideas?

Would you mind reaching out to trello.com/contact with more details of the note? Please note though that if you are using a free account you can only attach files up to 10MB as card attachments. Any chance the other user is using Trello Gold or Business Class? In this case files of up to 250MB can be attached to Trello cards.
