User is a standalone user, not a corporate or organization joined.
user configured MFA but lost access to the authenticator, has 24 recovery code but doesn't work.
At the step where user "should" haven an option to clikc Can't find your recovery key. User just have an option, use your phone.
Trello direct support do not exist, how do you reset MFA?

I just wanted to confirm whether you want to reset the 2FA for your account or if another user is requesting it. If you are referring to another user, please share their username.
If you want to reset the 2FA for your own account, you need to contact your organization’s admin. Your account is managed, which means that 2FA is enforced by your organization.
If the issue is related to your account, please reach out to your org admin, as they are the only ones who can disable 2FA for you.

It is for my colleague, user use same domain but it doesn't have license for atlassian, it is not organization managed. Which means admin cannot reset it.
