Hi, my Trello account is still linked to my old email adress of a domain that is no longer online. I can't get the 2FA code because it is send to an email address that is out of use. How can I log in and change the email address? Thx
Hi @Carl Verbruggen , :)
Hope you are doing well,
Welcome to the community!!
I’ve taken a look at the links you shared. It looks like your Workspace currently has two admins: one listed under a specific name (as in the link https://trello.com/u/anjapairoux/boards) and another using the "team" username.
Since you're looking to regain access to your boards and Workspace, here are the best ways to move forward:
Reach out to the other admin: If you can't access one of the accounts because the domain is no longer available, your best bet is to contact the other admin. They should be able to add you back to the boards and the Workspace directly.
If possible, you might try to have your domain reactivated temporarily. This would allow you to receive a password reset email and log back into your account.
As this is a free Workspace, we unfortunately don't have the ability to manually verify ownership or grant access on our end. In that case, the best path forward would be to create a new Workspace and boards to continue using Trello.
I hope this helps clarify things! 🙌
Thanks.
Hi @Carl Verbruggen ,
If you don't have access to your old email account, you'll need to contact Atlassian Support so they can help you recover access to your account. Do you have access to this form: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
Just in case, I'm also requesting help to Support.

Hi @Carlos Garcia Navarro , I tried that but got no further then the url I need enter. I have no clue what the url is. The only link I could copy was
https://trello.com/b/fFrKQa0Q/highly-connected-customers or
https://trello.com/u/anjapairoux/boards
but that was not accepted. So I have no clue what kind of url I need to enter.
Any suggestions are welcome ;-)
