Can't login to the mobile app.

I'm unable to use the iPhone mobile app because it won't accept my email and there's no option to use a username instead. Also can't login to website for the same reason if I'm on a mobile device. Accessing the site from a desktop works fine, so that isn't the problem.

I have a hunch the app doesn't allow my email's TLD (.us) since it rejects the email before I can even add a password.

Unfortunately nothing in these links is helpful. The mobile app/site won't accept my email (most likely) due to a check against TLDs that must be outdated.
