I can't log in to my «Trello» account
The system doesn't allow me to log in with my mail neither create a new one with this exact mail but nonetheless I receive messages on my mail regarding the password recovery

It sounds like your email is recognized by the system, but there’s a disconnect with the login process itself.
Try these steps to narrow it down:
The "Signup-to-Login" fix: Go to trello.com/signup and enter your email. If it says the email is already in use, look for the link at the bottom that says "Already have an Atlassian account? Log in." Clicking this can sometimes clear the loop.
Check your Login Method: If you originally signed up using "Continue with Google/Apple/Microsoft," try that specific button. Sometimes a standard email/password login won't work if the account is tied to a social provider.
Incognito Mode: Try logging in via a private/incognito browser window. If it works there, you just need to clear your browser's cache and cookies.
If you're still stuck:
You’ll likely need a Support agent to look at the back-end status of your email. You can reach them through Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing, & Licensing | Atlassian. Select Your Account > Log in issues and explain that you are receiving password reset emails but still cannot access the account.

After clicking the password reset link, are you able to set a new password, or do you encounter an error? What exact error message do you see when attempting to log in or create a new account with this email address? Do you have a screenshot you can share? When is the last time you were able to log in?

Receiving password recovery emails confirms your address already links to an active Atlassian account. Creating a duplicate account will not work.😉
To regain access:
1. Head to the Atlassian login page and select Can’t log in?
2. Reset your password, then try logging into Trello.
Alternatively, log in using the Google, Apple, or Microsoft buttons. For corporate accounts, ask your organization admin to check for a lockout, suspension, or SSO restriction.
Persistent failures require official Atlassian Support. Community members cannot view backend account states, so I flagged this thread to get their attention.
