Can't log into my trello account

I was logged out of my trello board and when my colleague tries to invite me back it takes me to login which i click my email but then it just loops back round to the same page and doesn't take me in.

I have, its when I go to join the board I put my login details in and authenticator code and it brings back up the same login page, it just goes round in a loop.
