Can't invite members to the Trello or Workspace. How to fix?

Whenever I try to invite someone with a link to my board or workspace, it looks like this:

It seems to be a bug, because If I try to invite them manually, they do not get any notifications at all.

I've tried contacting the support too, but I was unable, since you need to have the paid plan to do that.

Is there any way to fix this? Or any way to contact the support with the free plan?

Hi there, Uvia!

Are you using the free plan? Your profile says you are. If so, you can only have 10 members in the entire workspace, not *just* on the board.

Could that be the problem? If not, let us know!

I only have 3 members in my workspace, so It can't be the issue.
