Can’t get into my Trello account

You have sent me a one-time recovery link for Trello, but it’s still asking for my password which I can’t remember as I haven’t used it for a while but has info on that I need for my business. I have changed my phone, so don’t know why I can’t get into it, even on my desktop. How can I reset my password and get into my account again?

Can you try using this 👉 https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword

This should send an email with a link to set a new password (without requiring the old one). The page to set up a new password looks like this:

Once you enter and confirm it, the new pass should be set. 

Note that this does apply to personal accounts that are not managed by an organization.
