Can't do anything on the board

Hi everyone. 

I had a profile on Trello and was able to do things up until December 2024. After it for some reason I still received e-mails about my profile. But a few weeks ago I got added to a new board for work and sadly I can't check off any of the tasks or add my own cards on that new board. I can just look at the tasks on the cards/board but can't do anything else.

What could be the problem here? 

I got added to a board from a paid account and there shouldn't be a problem with the amount of people who get added there. 

Can you help me please?

Maybe you were added as an observer on the board that's why you cannot edit anything https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/adding-observers-to-boards/
