Hi
I try to change my email address in my atlassian account.
The problem is that I don't receive the verification mail on the new email address.
I've checked my spam / junk folder and if the new address is already linked to any other account / product, but i dont believe it is.
Is the account on any sort of suppression list?
Any help is appreciated.

Yes, that is possible.
The email change is handled through your Atlassian account, so if the verification mail does not arrive, common causes are spam filtering, a bounced message, or the address being suppressed.
Check spam first, then check whether mail from @am.atlassian.com is being blocked. If resending still does not help, this needs to go to Atlassian Support, because nobody in the community can fix that from the backend.
