Can't add .ics to Google Calendar - Nothing Happens - Keeps asking for URL

I go to add the calendar link to Google Calendar

See image below.. copy/paste, click add calendar, it blinks away.. and I can do it over and over w/o a different result (insanity)

Anyone? Help?

I think, the problem is related to Google. Here the URL is accepted by, Google adds a new calendar, but doesn't display anything.

Adding a Trello-Calendar to Thunderbird works fine.
