Can't add a personal board

I have been using Trello for years and I have been able to create unlimited "PERSONAL BOARDS" and now I can't find the option. The option to choose "no team" and create the personal board is not there anymore. 

Here are screenshots showing that I can't choose "no team" and I inculded a screenshot of an previous board I created that let me choose "Personal" and "Private". I don't have that option anymore. PLEASE HELP. Thank you!
