Can't add a card

I haven't used my Trello account in awhile but thought I would give it another go. I have a free account if it matters

I went into one Board and cleaned it up, archiving some of the existing lists. Then I added a new list and that was fine

When I went to try to add a card to either the existing list or the new list - nothing happened.

So I went out and tried several other existing boards and again - nothing happens when i try to add a card.

I am the only one on the account so obviously I am a member of every board

Any clues or suggestions?
