I can't get past the login screen. I get an "Oops! Looks like we have lost access to the internet." screen when I click Sign In. I can access through the browser fine. Any suggestions? I have tried re-installing the app.

Solution: a.trellocdn.com was being blocked by our internet filtering.

- have you updated to the latest version of the app? If not, start there
- If that doesn't work, can you use the Help menu and then go to "Reset local data' and click that

Sorted it out... Turns out a.trellocdn.com was being blocked by our internet filtering. Might want to put that in your troubleshooting article.
