Can't Add More Members – Free Workspace Limit Reached (But Only 9 Guests)

Hi,
I'm using a free Trello workspace and currently have only 9 people added to a board. All of them show up as "Workspace Guests", and there's only one board in the workspace. None of them are multi-board guests.

However, when I try to invite a new member, I get this error:
"This free Workspace has reached the 10 collaborator limit."

Since I only have 9 people and no multi-board guests, I don’t understand why Trello is counting this as 10 collaborators.

Can someone help clarify what's going on and how I can fix this?

The collaborator limit applies to the entire Workspace, so while there may be fewer than 10 members on the board that you're a member of within that Workspace, there may still be more boards in the Workspace with more members. If that's the case, the Workspace admin will need to either remove collaborators or upgrade the Workspace.
