Can stickers be rearranged ?

Can stickers be rearranged so i have mine at the top, instead of Pete and Taco?

Currently you can't change the order or remove the base stickers, I was checking for a similar request and found this one As a Trello user - I'd like to have the ability to move or rotate stickers https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-278
