Can outside users that are not authorized see what tasks we have?

Thinking about Standard vs. Premium.

Can a person who is not on the trello board see what tasks we may have for them to complete without being able to edit the board?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.

"Board Observers" can view the board but cannot edit it. That capability is only available in the Premium plan. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/adding-observers-to-boards/
