Hi @Katrine Hjorth-Hess , welcome to the Community.
Rejected codes are almost always one of three things: the code typed with a space instead of one continuous string, a code copied from the wrong entry if Microsoft Authenticator has more than one Atlassian account saved, or the phone's clock out of sync with the app. Resetting the phone's time usually fixes it right away.
If the code still fails, skip the authenticator and log in with your emergency recovery key instead. On the login screen, enter your email and password, then choose "Can't use your phone?" and enter the recovery key you were given when you first turned on two-step verification.
If you no longer have that recovery key, use the self recovery flow:
If your account is managed by an organization rather than a personal one, this self recovery flow won't apply, you'd need your org admin to reset it for you instead. More detail on two-step verification login issues.
