Can multiple users be assigned to a single task in Trello?

Yes, if task is a card not a checklist item.

If a team board is made visible then any team member can see the board. You can control member can join or just limit it to admin to control. Try search this forum for more info or search google with Trello Help topic....usually you get the info you need.

@milynnus Actually, the answer is no because if one needs to create a card from a checklist as you suggested, then it means that, as is, one cannot assign multiple members to a task.
