Can custom Trello fields be used as triggers within Make (formerly Integromat)?

Hello...

I'm looking to build an automation between Trello and Hubspot using "Make". One of the triggers listed for Trello on the Make website is:

"Watch Activities: Triggers when a new activity occurs".

My question is can a "new activity" be the population of a custom field within a card in Trello?

You may be saying to yourself, you should ask this question to the folks at Make... and I am. Will share the response here as well.
