Can cards be locked onto a list?

I use Trello for my schedule book, and every so often I find a card has moved to another list.  It says I moved it, so I am guessing I inadvertently move it laterally somehow.  Is there a way to lock a card onto a list so that it can't move to another list accidentally?

Hi Steve, 

No, there's not a way to lock a card into a specific list.  You could submit this to Trello as a feature request.
