While Trello doesn't currently have a native feature to merge cards together, there is a workaround that you can use to transfer the activity, checklists, and attachments between cards while preserving the date and time stamps.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Open the card you want to transfer information from.
- For checklists, open the target card, click on the "Checklist" button, and then use the "Copy Items From..." box to select the card that has the checklist you want to copy.
- For attachments, download them from the source card and then re-upload them to the target card.
- For comments, you'll need to manually copy and paste the text from the source card to the target card. Unfortunately, the date and time stamps will not be preserved for comments, but you can include the original date and time in the copied text if you'd like to keep a record of it.
We understand that this process is manual and less than ideal. However, it should help you combine the information from multiple cards into one.
