Can a team member be added to specific cards within a board rather than an entire board

I want to grant access for added members to specific cards on a board rather than the entire board.

Currently, Trello doesn't support per-card permissions—once someone has access to a board, they'll be able to see all cards on it. For now, we suggest creating separate boards for different permissions levels.
