Can a received Outlook Email create a card in Trello?

From website, customer submits a "Request a Quote." When Outlook receives this email, can Trello be notified and create a card?

If you forward these emails to Trello, you can create cards with them. You can learn how to create cards via email here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/creating-cards-by-email/
