Can a label be added with the 'Quick add (+)' phone widget?

Can a label be added with the 'Quick add' phone widget, using a hashtag for example, rather than having to add a card, click through to the app, and add the label there?

Welcome to the Community! As far as I'm aware, it's the latter where you need to add a card, click through to the app, and add the label in there.
