×I accepted an offer for a trial period on upgrading my trello/attlasian account. Since I did not keep the upgrade all of my data is gone. Years of contact information and resource information / porject information for my health practice. Finding a human to connect with has been impossible and it now has been months.

What I suspect has happened is one (or more) of the following:
Note, there is no support for Free Trello subscribers, apart from this community forum, which is why you would not be able to contact anyone.
My recommendation would be to upgrade your Trello subscription to Trello Standard ($6USD/user/month), this should allow you to access all that data that has been locked away. From then you have a month to decide what to do next. You can either consolidate into less boards or export it out of Trello (there are free power-ups that can help you with this)
