Can a human call me to help me recover years of data that I now cannot access after trial of upgrade

I accepted an offer for a trial period on upgrading my trello/attlasian account.  Since I did  not keep the upgrade all of my data is gone.  Years of contact information and resource information / porject information for my health practice.  Finding a human to connect with has been impossible and it now has been months.

 

Any chance your group has the ability to respond?

What I suspect has happened is one (or more) of the following:

  1. The data you say is gone will be on boards that go over the 10 board limit. They aren't gone, they are just closed due you hitting the free limit
  2. If you put data in custom fields during the free trial, this will no longer be visible with a free account. The data still exists but it not accessible until you upgrade.

Note, there is no support for Free Trello subscribers, apart from this community forum, which is why you would not be able to contact anyone. 

 

My recommendation would be to upgrade your Trello subscription to Trello Standard ($6USD/user/month), this should allow you to access all that data that has been locked away.  From then you have a month to decide what to do next. You can either consolidate into less boards or export it out of Trello (there are free power-ups that can help you with this)
