I've been using Trello like a digital diary. I have mostly felt secure with it but recently I have been thinking about the privacy aspects of it.

I have all my Trello boards set to private. Can Trello access a user's private boards and view their content? Or can Trello's cloud host( e.g. AWS or Google Cloud) access my private boards?

If, by "Trello", you mean Atlassian support, then yes, they can read/write everything.  They cannot do the job of supporting a system without access to it.

But, as with all Cloud systems, access is limited to the service provider and whoever the customer lets into it.
