Can Support be Added for Markdown Tables in Description?

Hi, Michael!!! Welcome to Atlassian Community.

I've seen other people with the same question, I checked it out and it looks like we already have this in the development backlog, but without an ETA.

Also, some users relate that the Trello Cards Optimizer it's a good alternative until the feature is natively available.
