I'm not sure it's possible but when we save an outlook email as a card using the Trello outlook addin I assumed that if there was an attachment that that would be added to the card to. Is this the case?
If it's not then I'm quite surprised and disapointed. I may have to look at other options.
If it is a feature then there is a bug with Othe Outlook addin for Trello. I'm using Outlook 2013 using a Microsoft Exchange 365 account.
