Can I share the Calendar view, but not the board view with Observers?

I'd like to share the calendar view of our my team's board to our business partners, but not the board itself. My internal partners really only want to see WHEN is this going to deliver versus all the details that are contained in the card and board.

If they only need to see when something is due then you could export the calendar as an iCal feed for them to use. This is possible using the Calendar Power-up which you can find more information about here: https://help.trello.com/article/811-viewing-cards-in-a-calendar-view
