@Together We Can Thrive TWCT If you make all your boards team visible then all team members can access all boards and join them, I'd just make sure you have some induction on how to do this when people join the team.
If you want to automate it then you need to use the API, which isn't that hard there are some good API/automation tools about. I actually wrote one but the moderators don't like me mentioning it because it's not in the Atlassian marketplace (although I'm working on getting it listed as an official integration so hopefully that will change :)
