Can I restore a checklist? I've lost a very important checklist... Accidentally thrown away I guess?

Unfortunately, deleting a checklist or checklist item is permanent. There is no way to recover a deleted checklist or checklist item.

You can check other cards to see if you added the checklist to any of them. If you did, you might find it under the copy button of the checklist. However, if you only added it to a single card and then deleted it, unfortunately, there is no undo option, and you will need to recreate the checklist.
