I created a Project Template that I will copy each time I start a new project. I don't want anything to change about the Project Template so I would like to "lock" the board so that none of the lists and items get shifted accidentally. Thanks!

Alison, This may not be helpful. I missed that you are using Trello. I was thinking Agile in Jira...
Alison, I think the best you will be able to do is restrict access. I do this with my template projects and boards in my instance. I restrict them to only the administrators group (or you could even restrict to just yourself). This way they remain inaccessible to other users.
