I wanted to get the standard subscription and accidentally chose the Premium. I immediately canceled it and was hoping I’d get a refund. I only want the standard. I paid for the years. I need help!!

Atlassian's policy generally allows for a refund on new annual cloud subscriptions if you submit the request within 30 days of the initial purchase. However, their billing support team will still need to review your specific account and transaction details to officially process everything.
