Can I automate a weekly export to excel via email?

I am a VERY new user to Trello - and I'm loving what it has to offer so far!
However, I do need to regularly share some of my board information with non users.

I'm able to export to excel without issue, but I'd really love to be able to automate this...

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated! I'm also not very technically literate so would appreciate the "dummy's guide"

There isn't currently an option to automate board export, but I can suggest a workaround for that. 

Have you tried using the Board Snapshot feature? You can schedule a snapshot to be sent to specific email addresses. Email recipients won't be able to view the details of each card, but at least there'll be a list of all cards on the board. 

If you want to provide more detailed information about the board, you can look into creating a customized report which can also be sent when scheduled.
