Can I SSO to Trello Enterprise without using Atlassian Access Subscription?

Is there a Trello SSO alternative  that does not require Atlassian Access Subscription?

Is there a way to setup Trello SSO without the need to configure our DNS records for validation purposes?

Ideally we will be looking to implement a SP-Initiated SSO journey to our Azure AD IdP.
