Can I Mask a Task

Im an admin adding tasks to a certain board, there is another memeber that I added to the workspace. When this sub-admin (added member) wants to give the board member a certain task, i dont want the sub-admin to see the task i assigned to that board member. Is that possible?

Hi Trello is designed to be an open collaboration tool, therefore it lacks built in controls like you are asking.

You could do this by setting up boards that are private

I totally got you. One more issue im facing. I added members to a workspace. All of them are set to guests except for 1 member. This sub-admin member is viewing each of the boards of this workspace normally, but the moment i try to add a task it is automatically removed/deleted after 1 second.
