Can Admins still edit trello boards on free version

I know Trello is moving to no more than 10 collaborators on free accounts. This means that they will not be able to edit the boards. Will the admin of that board still be able to edit it? Or will no edits be allowed if you have more than 10 collaborators?

You are correct, unless you either upgrade the subscription or bring your WORKSPACE collaborator count to 10 or less, no boards will be editable.

To specifically address the part about admins, admins will also not be able to edit the content of the board. Board admins will be able to remove members from the board, however.
