Hi !

How can I change the time on the check-list alert/deadline ? I can chose the date but I don't know how to choose the hour (default time seems to be 6PM).

Welcome to the Community! Advanced checklists allows you to assign a due date and a person to individual checklist items and see all of your assigned checklist items in Your Items. 

When you set a deadline to a card you can set a specific time and date however within checklist items (before converting them to a card) you can only assign a member and a date.
